Influencer and social media services for beauty, lifestyle and FMCG brands

Campfire offers six services for beauty, lifestyle and FMCG brands: creative strategy and insights, influencer marketing, content production, social media management, TikTok Shop and social commerce, and paid media and performance. Each service has its own specialist team, and when a brief needs more than one, those teams plan and deliver it together. We call that way of working our Growth OS, and our Cultural Intelligence Suite feeds into each of them.

What each service covers

Creative Strategy & Insights

The idea, the audience insight behind it and the plan to make it happen, built on what Spark and Compass are seeing. This is where our best campaigns start.

The results our services deliver

Our strongest results tend to come from services working as one campaign rather than side by side. For Quorn's Cheesy Nacho Nuggs, creator content and paid social on TikTok and Meta were planned together and reached 30M paid views, 47% above target. For ELEMIS, putting sample-sized products in front of a new generation of shoppers on TikTok drove a 209% uplift in TikTok sales

Powered by the

Cultural Intelligence Suite

Every service draws on the Cultural Intelligence Suite (CIS), the four tools we built to predict, plan, activate and measure social campaigns. Spark tells our strategists which conversations are about to take off, Compass keeps your plan current, Creator Lab finds and manages the right creators, and VibeCheck shows how audiences actually felt about the work.

01 PREDICTION

Spark spots the conversations your audience is starting to have before they reach the mainstream, so your plan is ready before the moment arrives.

02 PLANNING

Compass is a brand calendar that stays current. It layers your launches and retail dates over search trends and the cultural moments coming up.

03 ACTIVATION

Creator Lab finds, briefs and manages creators from 85 million profiles, and forecasts how each one is likely to perform before you commit budget.

04 IMPACT

Your social media focus group, connecting sentiment to business impact.

Questions about our services

Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single influencer campaign, a creative strategy project or a TikTok Shop push, then add other services once they've seen the results. Every service sits under the same roof, so adding one later doesn't mean briefing a new agency from scratch.

Both. We run one-off launches and campaigns, always-on creator programmes and full retainers. Creative strategy can also be bought as a standalone project, which is often how new clients start working with us.

An influencer marketing agency plans and runs campaigns with creators: finding them, briefing them, managing contracts and measuring results. A social media agency usually runs a brand's own channels and content. Campfire does both, so the creator content, your own channels and the paid media behind them are planned together instead of by three separate agencies.

Most of our work runs on TikTok and Instagram, with YouTube and Snapchat where the audience is. Paid media covers TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube ads, plus Google Search and Shopping through PPC and Search Ads 360. For social commerce, we build on TikTok Shop.

We agree the KPI before the work starts, whether that's views, engagement, sales, cost per acquisition or brand sentiment, and report against it. VibeCheck adds what reach and impressions miss: whether audiences show purchase intent, trust the brand and believe the product claims.

Not sure which service you need?

Most briefs don't fit neatly into one box. Tell us what you're launching, or what isn't working, and we'll come back with how we'd approach it and which services it actually needs.
