Social commerce and TikTok Shop for beauty, lifestyle and FMCG brands
Social commerce at Campfire means turning the content people already watch into the place they buy, and for most beauty, lifestyle and FMCG brands that now starts with TikTok Shop. We run TikTok Shop end to end, from product selection, pricing and listings to affiliates, creator content, LIVEs and paid media, and plan it alongside your retail and DTC channels.

How does Campfire grow TikTok Shop sales?
We treat TikTok Shop as a retailer in its own right, and plan it with the same care you'd give a supermarket launch. That means choosing the right products and bundles, pricing them so the shop grows your sales instead of cannibalising other retailers, and making sure the operation behind it can keep up. TikTok rewards shops that dispatch quickly, answer customers fast and keep reviews high, so that groundwork decides how far everything else can go.
Every shop we run is strategically planned and culturally reactive. The plan sets your products, bundles, pricing calendar and promotions months ahead, so you can forecast stock and stay aligned with your other retailers. Around it, our team moves with what's trending on the platform, briefing affiliates, refreshing listings and shifting paid spend when a moment takes off.

Social commerce results
Social commerce draws on most of what we do. Influencer marketing brings in the creators and runs the affiliate programme, content production makes the shoppable videos, and paid media puts budget behind the ones that convert. Creator Lab finds creators whose audiences buy in your category, and VibeCheck shows whether viewers trust the product as well as clicking on it.
Questions about TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop is TikTok's in-app shopping feature. It lets people buy products straight from videos, LIVE streams and brand shop pages without leaving the app. Through its affiliate programme, brands can also pay creators commission on the sales their content drives.
It depends on product selection, pricing, bundles and how much paid support goes behind the shop. TikTok Shop works best as part of your wider awareness activity rather than as a sales channel on its own, and we'd usually expect to see growth by months three to six. That's the point where it makes sense to start measuring the shop against sales targets.
It depends on your wider business goals, but it usually comes back to sales and profit. We track hard metrics, such as GMV, conversion rate, average order value and new versus repeat customers, alongside softer signals like content quality, product view rate, LIVE views, reviews and your Shop Performance Score. Together they show whether the shop is building for the long term.
They're one of the things TikTok Shop has that other retailers don't, but they aren't a shortcut. LIVEs work best when they're planned around promotions, launches and trends, and they should be judged on awareness as well as sales, because a busy LIVE doesn't always mean a big sales day.
A brand sets a commission rate on its products, and creators earn that percentage on every sale made through their videos or LIVEs. We look first at a creator's track record of selling, but we also reward smaller creators who make content that fits the brand, because a wider mix of content gives GMV Max more to work with. We then train affiliates like in-store staff, so they know each product well enough to sell it.
Alongside our agency fee, budget for media spend, affiliate commission, product samples, shipping and warehousing, plus LIVE management if you run LIVEs. We map these out with you before launch so there are no surprises.
Beauty tends to suit TikTok Shop well. Products are easy to show working on camera, shoppers already look to creators for reviews before they buy, and the step from watching a video to checking out is short. It works best when the shop is planned alongside your retail and DTC channels rather than as a separate experiment.
